Voting Question: My car turns off when I drive it about 15 miles and I put it in neutral?

I drive a 1994 honda accord lx manual stick-shift. I take the 10 FWY in Fontana Ca to the 60 FWY to Moreno Valley Ca . When i get off the freeway on Day st. I put the car in neutral and the car turns off. I have to turn the car back on in time for the brakes and the steering wheel to work. And after when I am at a stop sign. I have to hold the brake and the gas pedal at the same time or else the car turns off. It shows in the rpm when it wants to turn off...the needle goes to 0 rpm to 1 rpm to completely turns off. Also, the car leaks from the reserve antifreeze tank. I have to fill the car with water every time i use it. can a mechanic or someone with experience tell me what I could replace or do?
